I'd like to share a slight variation on the state of the art that I believe makes for much cleaner markup. But first, a little background.

http://www.pathf.com/blogs/2007/09/developers-note-2/
Tue, 01 Jun 2010 07:55:33 GMThttp://netzrauschen.tknetwork.de/post/58495538/Developer-s-Notebook-Forward-thinking-CSS-floaturn:www-soup-io:1:58495538linkcssiefloat HTML email inline styler
Converts CSS rules into inline style attributes

http://inlinestyler.torchboxapps.com/styler/
Wed, 26 May 2010 10:00:22 GMThttp://netzrauschen.tknetwork.de/post/57691651/HTML-email-inline-stylerurn:www-soup-io:1:57691651linkemailtoolcss Clearing a float container without source markup
When a float is contained within a container box that has a visible border or background, that float does not automatically force the container's bottom edge down as the float is made taller. Instead the float is ignored by the container and will hang down out of the container bottom like a flag. Those familiar only with Explorer for Windows may scratch their heads and say "That's not right!" True, IE/Win does enclose a float within a container 'automatically', but only if the container element happens to possess the MS-only quality called hasLayout. The W3C suggests placing a "cleared" element last in the container box, which is then recognized by the container height, forcing the container to enclose the float above that cleared element too.

http://www.positioniseverything.net/easyclearing.html
Tue, 16 Mar 2010 13:56:02 GMThttp://netzrauschen.tknetwork.de/post/48948497/Clearing-a-float-container-without-source-markupurn:www-soup-io:1:48948497linkcsshackfloat Conditional comments, wenige Requests | Codecandies
Ich halte conditional comments für eine Lösung, CSS direkt auf den Internet Explorer und seine verschiedenen Hydra Versionen zu werfen. In Firefox 3.5 we were able to make the color correction process about 5x faster than it was in Firefox 3 so we’ve enabled support for color correction for tagged images.

http://hacks.mozilla.org/2009/06/color-correction/
Thu, 06 Aug 2009 07:47:43 GMThttp://netzrauschen.tknetwork.de/post/24863455/Color-correction-for-images-in-Firefox-3urn:www-soup-io:1:24863455linkfirefoxcoloricccss Animating your iPhone web application
I spent today experimenting with different techniques and am here to share what I’ve learned.
